20-Minute Chat with an Author
 
     Grades K- 6
     20 minutes

     During this 20-minute visit, I will pop into your classroom or library
     or other group to introduce myself, read one of my books, and answer
     questions about the writing process or any of my books. I'm happy to
     take book requests (i.e. poetry selections or Where Do Chicks Come
     From? or Halloween books, etc.). 

     I will also customize this upon request: more time for questions, no
     time for questions, include one eggs-periment with the reading, etc.

     
     Students will complete this program with a greater understanding of
​     and appreciation for the writing process.
